Organic Law to Prevent the Avoidance of Income Tax on Income Derived from Inheritances, Legacies, and Donations
The unconstitutionality of the Amendments to the Constitution was the topic addressed at the hearing before the Constitutional Court, in which Dr. Luis Fernando Torres participated through Attorney Esteban Torres Cobo, in order to support, before the President of that Court, the unconstitutionality claim he filed at the beginning of this year, on the grounds that the amendments had been approved without complying with the constitutional forms and formalities.
