Dr. Luis Fernando Torres rejoined the law firm Torres Cobo Abogados as President in June 2019.

His work has focused on monitoring the activities of associate attorneys, preparing legal strategies for cases, and personally participating in litigation and hearings in relevant judicial proceedings.
